Sessions can take place wherever and whenever you would like; at home, at work, in a gym or at a local park. You can train 7 days a week and from 5.30am until 10pm.

 
 
Couple or group classes are welcome. Come with a group of friends or your relatives. MATES RATES: Training with a partner or friend for extra fun and lower costs.
We also provide fitness lessons for kids and open sports days at schools.
 
Free Consultation – we always provide a free consultation to enable you to meet your personal trainer and so they can find out a little more about you, your goals and what you want to get out of personal training and answer any questions that you may have before you start.

BootCamp classes are a mix of traditional aerobic and body weight exercises and interval and strength training. They’re designed to resemble a military boot camp – but don’t be daunted, it just means they’re outdoors, they involve training groups of people at once, and they make sure that everyone gets the most out of their training​!

OUTDOOR FITNESS IN THE PARK OR YOUR GARDEN
We come with our own equipment.
Exercising outdoors has many benefits, and they include the following:
- No crowded gyms to put up with
- No driving time to the local fitness facility
- No need to put on makeup or special clothing
- Vitamin D from the sunshine is great for the skin
- The ability to work out anytime, anywhere - even on holiday
- Fresh air is good for you!

Outdoor training
TRAINING IN THE GYM. Training in the gym is dependent on your particular fitness level. We use updated equipment. If you're not getting the results you want from your gym workouts, then clearly it's time to change your routines and workouts for the better and try our trainers.
We train at Miguel’s Gym at Loughborough Junction SE24, Brockwell Lido SE24 or we can make arrangements to train you at a nearby gym of your choice.
Gym
TRAINING AT HOME. We always can find plenty of space for training at your house  in your kitchen or living room. We are specialised to train in any space or environment. You can get in a great workout right in the comfort of your own home by using your bodyweight and our equipment. Using only your own body weight and some versatile moves can help you
create a total-body workout that fits your needs and abilities.

One of our colleagues will come to your home to have a chat with you about food you eat and what you like.
Whether you're looking for a month-long eating plan, a revitalising week to get you back on track or a quick three-day kick-start ourdiet plans will encourage healthy habits and rebalance your body, plus we have tips and expert advice to help you stay healthy all year long.
 
 
Diet plan
The most common is the Swedish massage, which is a whole-body therapeutic massage designed to relax the muscles and joints. Other popular types include deep tissue, shiatsu, hot stone, reflexology, and Thai massage. You may want to choose a specialty, like sports massage or pregnancy massage, if that suits your needs.
